MANTra recitation

The immense benefits of Sanskrit recitation upon the psyche is now a well-known fact. Sounds produce distinct vibrations in our consciousness. Delving into this specific, and understanding the meaning of what we recite, creates a wholesome and holistic understanding of the fundamentals of who we are and the Universe we are part of. Ancient seers or scientists called "Rishis", through their meditations found Truth and in turn revealed this Truth through sounds. These sound-syllables are called "Mantras; specifically devised to encapsulate hidden energies from the unseen Universe, promote harmony and increase neural activity within the brain, ultimately creating a deep sense of wellbeing and health.
