Utsava Aloka celebrates the vivacious Indian festival Deepavali (Diwali) and is celebrated by many across the world. It is a joyous occasion that celebrates the universal theme of our Inner Light triumphing over darkness.
You can expect something for all members of the family - so come down and celebrate with us on Sunday 20th November 2022 from 5:30pm.
Why?
Utsava Aloka will allow our vision for the Art Sanctuary to come to life.
The Art Sanctuary is a beautiful acreage located in Kelmscott and is a project in its infancy! We visualise a large acreage in the outskirts of the city that will encompass a number of beautiful havens, including an Ayurvedic Centre of Healing and Holistic Health, an organic farm for vegetables and herbs, a visual arts hub for Indian Artisans and Craftsmen to create, display and disseminate their art form, a countryside campus for SMV students of the Performing Arts, a home for the Elderly (Residence for Seniors), an Amphitheatre, a dairy where cows are worshipped and loved, and finally interspersed somewhere in the magnificently landscaped gardens, a Universal Temple called simply - “The Shrine.”
